Where is your tile from?
We import the majority of our tile directly from manufacturers in Spain, Italy and Portugal. We also work with established local distributors for some of our collections and for custom sourcing.
Where can I find technical and suitability information for your tiles?
You can find technical and suitability information under the "Specifications" tab on each of our product pages. This information is based on testing certifications that our suppliers have provided us and is available for all of our products.
If you already have a specific use in mind (e.g. floors or commercial floors), you can also sort any of our collections by use through the filter on the left-hand side of the collection pages.

Is your store secure?
Yes. Our store runs on Shopify's platform, which means we are fully PCI compliant and trusted by all of our payment partners to provide secure transactions to our customers.
We also use SSL encryption throughout our store, which protects your data from being intercepted between your browser and our server. When you browse our store, you'll see a padlock symbol on the left side of your address bar, and our web addresses will begin with "https".
How much does shipping cost?

Can I choose a later shipment date after purchase?
Yes, if you'd like to arrange for a later delivery date, please let us know under Order Notes, which can be found in your shopping cart at any time underneath your purchase subtotal.
What happens if I need to make a return?

Can I place a back-order or pre-order for a product that is currently out of stock?
We certainly can accept back-orders and pre-orders. Please email us at hello@tilesinspired.com if you’re interested in placing one so that we can work with you to meet your project timeline.
What happens if I realize that I’ve made a mistake in my order?
Please call us as soon as possible at (416) 303-5669 or email us at hello@tilesinspired.com. Unfortunately, once your tile has shipped, we cannot cancel the order. If this is the case, please refer to our return policy for more details.
What happens if some tiles arrive damaged?
If there is breakage in your order, please:
- note the damage on the bill of lading when the driver asks you to sign for the delivery (if it is a palletized delivery and potential damage is visible)
- email us at hello@tilesinspired.com and provide the order number from your receipt / invoice
- let us know how many replacement tiles you need
- provide pictures of the damaged tiles
We’ll send you replacement tiles as quickly as we can so that your project doesn't miss a step.
In the meantime, we ask that you please do not discard the broken tiles until after you've contacted us.
Do I really need to add 10% to my order?
We want to help you avoid some of the issues that come with having to place an add-on order:
- there may not be enough tile in stock for an add-on. Because we import everything directly from Europe, it can take up to 8 weeks to receive a replenishment shipment. We really don't want you to risk a major delay in completing your project
- our flat-rate shipping is per-order, so you'll need to pay for shipping again on your add-on order
Adding 10% also helps in case there is a bit of breakage during installation. You'll need a bit extra during installation as some of the tile cuts at the edges of your installation will invariably result in unusable leftover pieces. Please consult with your contractor or tiler for their opinion on how much extra tile you should purchase.
